Most artists work for their faces to be recognisable, but Fable AKA Shy Boy did everything he could to stop that. “When I first started getting attention for my music it was hard because that is not really who I am...I started to pull away and take all of my photos down. It gradually just built in this enigma.” The alternative rapper from Papakura, still the “quietest in the room”, is navigating how to shy away from the spotlight and let his music do the talking.
