Mercury Plaza! Once the go-to spot where Aucklanders young and old would congregate for some of the best kai in town. Since it’s closure in 2019, the Auckland food scene just hasn’t been the same. 

The Chan whānau are the owners of what some may call the most popular spot at Mercury plaza. Mahi Tahi Media caught up with the amazing whānau to see where they’re at now.
